Rosenlund Contractors encompases major civil works. These works include rehabilitation, site decontamination, retention systems (anchors, piling, spayed panels), drainage and roadworks. Rosenlund have the largest rock hammer (7 tonne) available in Australia, for the hardest of rocks, as well as a fleet of 70 tonne, 45 tonne and 30 tonne excavators (with and without hammers). All quality assured with support from in house professional Engineers and Quantity surveyors. Major earthworks projects include Crib Street where excavation was in excess of 40000m3, including retention systems and in excess of $6,000,000 in value. Civil works at Princess Alexandra which included drainage, roadworks, excavation and filling. Value in excess of $2,000,000.
Rosenlund was initially born into earthworks. One of their earliest projects was Post Office Square Car Park in 1981 for the then Civil and Civic (now Bovis Lend Lease). Over the years it has done major civil works for all the major builders. Rosenlund Contractors is one of Brisbane’s most long standing civil contractors.
Neile Rosenlund is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Builders (F.A.I.B) and both he and Des are QBSA qualified, as General Builders. Rosenlund Contractors is a silver sponsor of A.I.B.
