Description

The T30 self bunded fuel tank for hire and sale has superior capacity but is narrow enough to fit into a confined area. The self bunded round design elevates the tank so easy inspection and maintenance programmes can be carried out. Rainwater simply runs off and does not `pool’ as no surfaces are flat.
The ladder fully enclosed in a cage and work platform allows safe working practise. Newer versions in the fleet now have the up flow vents near to the platform with easier and safer access when required. A dry chemical fire extinguisher is conveniently located near to the working area.
The Heavy and light vehicle refuelling hoses are 10m and are fully retractable and are stacked vertically for easier access to the working area. The T30 is also fitted with a removable skid pump module (SPM) so individual parts or the whole front unit can be easily removed for servicing if required.
The front cowling/catchment area is self bunded with a non-slip grid and contains any accidental spills which can then be collected and disposed of safely. This protects both personnel and the environment.
When used in conjunction with Spill Grates located under a stationary vehicle when refuelling, no accidental spillage goes to ground and also keeps the operator on a safe non slip surface especially in wet conditions. This protects the environment as well as reducing costly and time consuming site clean-up decommissioning in the future.
The T30 can be easily transported and offloaded onsite when empty via a tilt tray and has side lifting lugs to allow the tanks to be easily and quickly lifted into position. Due to their self bunded nature, no costly and time consuming concrete bunds are required. The tanks can be quickly uplifted and transported elsewhere when any sites are decommissioned.

Our range can incorporate NMI approved pumping equipment which can be certified for fuel resale. For more remote locations with no electrical supply, a diesel powered delivery pump can be fitted. For faster delivery of bulk fuel, an unloading pump can be added too. Return ports can also be supplied.
Several fuel management systems are available for the effective tracking of fuel usage including card or i-tote incorporating Smartfill or Transponder technology protection. Tank gauging removes the need to climb up and dip the tank with an in-tank probe indicator.
The use of spill grates has already been mentioned; they are modular so any number or configuration can be used. They are easy to transport, sit on any flat surface and bolt together with as many as required providing a large and stable hard standing containment area when refuelling vehicles.
