The truck is fitted with two bomb boxes constructedfrom 3mm steel and lined with 12mm ply, all signage is in place and the truckconfirms to the Australian explosive code for category two explosives.GeneralÂ load carryingThe truck is fitted with two cages, eliminating the need for tie down straps orcargo nets. The main cage is wide enough to fit a pallet so gas bags can beloaded with a forklift from either side without worrying about loosing any intransit. The smaller cage, between the two bomb boxes has sides and top thatare constructed from 3mm steel, acting as a separation barrier between the twobomb boxes eliminating the chance of sympathetic detonation between IE and HEas per new Australian explosives code requirements.
