Description

Lonestar provides sales and operation of external and internal liquified flammable gas torches suitable for the pre-heat of pipe prior to manual and semi-automatic welding processes.

It uses 6 symetrical rollers and 6 to 24 flame jet nozzles (size dependent) in uniform distribution to allow even heat around or inside the pipe in all sectors. It is the best method to pre-heat weld-metal prior to welding.

It uses a split semi-circle design to allow easy operation and removal. Available in 12inch to 80inch sizes.

An internal heating ring is also available to provide heating prior to automated line-up.
