Description

Lonestar provides leasing and operation of automated welding equipment suitable for the purpose of mechanised welding, semi-automatic welding, and fully automatic welding dependant on client and welding specification requirements. The same head is able to produce root passes with GMAW process, fill and cap passes with uphill or downhill GMAW, FCAW, and Pulsed GMAW processes.

It is currently the only head suitable for all passes and wire types.

The systems are capable of running off multiple power sources (previously interfaced) allowing the welding system to take full control of the wire feed speeds & power source output in differing positions around the pipe. It has position dependant parameter control of all weld settings in all positions around the pipe.
