Company Description
Hunter Valley Conrete Pumping Service was established in May 1980 by Leo and Lynn Pretti. At that time the business was operating from a home office in Shoal Bay NSW with only one line pump. A fully Australian owned family company employing over 36 staff. In 1983 due to increased demand for work further up the Hunter Valley for mining companies, the name changed to Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service. Today Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service has grown to include a fleet of thirteen boom pumps, separate placing booms, three line pumps and three trailer pumps. Over the years Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service has worked with major national construction companies on projects such as: Abi Group with the Pacific Highway upgrades from Newcastle to Bulahdelah Abi Group with the F3 freeway from Kurri to Branxton Baulderstone with the Bulahdelah bypass Thiess with the Newcastle to Kurri F3 Freeway Laing O'Rourke & Daracon with the Kooragang Island Coal loader in Newcastle John Holland with Maitland to Minimbah rail upgrade
