Increases traction and trimming ability to allow a novice operator to mow like an expert
Works in the forward direction only
Full-time four-wheel drive is on at all times.
Can be engaged or disengaged on the go
Provides maximum traction and flotation in poor conditions
Works in reverse as well as the forward direction
Knowing that operator comfort enhances productivity, John Deere designed the 1445 Series II Front Mowers to make the operator as comfortable as possible.
Features of the air-ride seat are as follows:
Back-angle adjustment — Recline the seat back with the lever in the lower left corner of the seat.
Adjustable angles of armrests — Each armrest can be individually adjusted.
Lumbar adjustment — This provides back-seat cushion adjustment.
Air-ride suspension adjustment — Pull the lever up at the base of the seat to inflate the seat. Push the lever down to deflate the seat.
Forward-aft adjustment — Seat slides fore-aft with the lever under the seat.
Key benefits are as follows:
Provides maximum ride comfort and quality, thus minimizing operator fatigue
Dampens lower-frequency vibration better than mechanical suspensions
