OVERVIEW
The TR620 Trommel screen is built with the toughness you expect from Vermeer, packaged in a compact design to meet your jobsite needs. The tension screen and drum are designed for optimum productivity, offering simple adjustments and maintenance. Combined with the flexibility to produce three products with an optional conveyor, the TR620 offers simplicity and versatility with a reduced footprint.

KEY FEATURES
THREE-PRODUCT CONFIGURATION. With the flexibility to choose an optional three-conveyor configuration, the TR620 allows you to extract three unique products from the incoming material.
ENGINE. The TR620 features a Cummins QSB 3.3l Tier 4i (Stage IIIB), 120 hp (90kW) engine. The engine is mounted on a pivoting frame that swings out 30 degrees for superior access to fuel filters and hydraulic reservoir for maintenance
and service.
TENSIONED SCREENS. With the ability to tension the screen around the drum, operators can add rigidity to the screens. This design allows the use of smaller gauge wire, ultimately increasing the open area of the screen to help improve productivity.
CONTROL SYSTEM. Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a hand-held transceiver remote. From either control, the operator can choose from four programmable presets or adjust on the fly based on the incoming material.
DRUM SERVICE ACCESS. A single-hinged side panel exposes the full length of the trommel drum from ground level for drum service and removal.
DRUM DRIVE. A hydraulic chain drive system allows the drum to lift off the cog for service. Bolt- on sprockets can be changed quickly and help lower repair costs.
